FitnessNOW Options

The Elite Pass is the pass that offers it all. This pass includes unlimited usage of the fitness center, unlimited track use, admittance to Open Gym, and unlimited group exercise classes (excluding Fitness Specialty Programs). This pass is available through one low monthly EFT payment only.

A $25 Enrollment Fee applies to all New Memberships. (excluding Silver Sneakers, Renew Active, Track & Daily Fees)

* = All EFT contracts and Annual memberships are a 12 mo. commitment.

* = All EFT contracts draw from a checking account or credit card each month.

* = All Annual Memberships are paid in full options.

- An Adult Couple is defined as any two persons residing in the same household within the ages of 22-54.99.

- Proof of Residency may be required for all passes.

- A Senior Couple is defined as any two persons residing in the same household above the age of 55.

* = A Family is defined as two people 22+ and two people under the age of 22 residing in the same household..

- Family memberships only. Each additional family member over 4 people is $8/month or $96/year. Exclusions apply.
