Junior Kids Jiu-Jitsu Ages 3-6

Your child can start Jiu-Jitsu as early as 3 years old! They will develop anti-bully skills, important social skills, learn to listen and focus, gain selfconfidence, discipline and body coordination. If your child is shy and this is the first time your child will be in a group setting, please stay with them to watch an entire class first. This will give your child an opportunity to become familiar and relaxed with their new surroundings and very likely to participate the next time they come in. DW

Kids Jiu-Jitsu Ages 7-12

Get your child involved in learning self-defense, discipline and teamwork! At B1 Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu your child will learn a complete self-defense system that will give your child a degree of self-confidence. Furthermore, we teach positive social values such as respect, honesty, humility and dignity. The practice of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is seen as a means to individual development and our kids program emphasizes these important life skills. DW

The Fundamental Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Program is designed to teach the overall self-defense strategy of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu as well as ground techniques in a simple and structured manner so that ANYONE can participate, learn, experience and see the results! This will include self-defense, ground work, wrestling takedowns and Judo throws. During this time, you will gradually build up your endurance, flexibility, core strength, hip movement, selfconfidence and most importantly, your Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu skills! Future Stars Creative Sports Movements Ages 1-3

Using creative playing and nurturing instruction, parents and their children share in the magic of creative sports movements. Introduce your child to basic sports skills such as rolling, balancing, shooting, throwing, and catching. The initial focus is on having fun with exercise and developing coordination and confidence. For beginners or returning participants, this gymnastics class gives your child a safe and fun environment to grow their skillset and advance towards a spot on a competitive team. Taught by a former competitive, award-winning gymnast, this class will follow a weekly curriculum designed to build mental, emotional, and physical skills while preparing young athletes for the world of competitive gymnastics. Future Stars Intermediate/Advanced Gymnastics Ages 6-10

Intermediate/Advanced gymnastics offers an introduction into the commitment and camaraderie of a competitive gymnastics team. Taught by a former competitive, award-winning gymnast, this class will expand on the skills and muscle groups trained in previous classes. Gymnasts must participate in at least one session of Beginner Gymnastics and be recommended by their coach before being eligible to enroll in Intermediate or Advanced Gymnastics. Gymnasts who are pursuing this sport with a passion and show dedication and discipline will be a perfect fit for this class. DW Class will not meet on: 10/2, 10/3, 11/20, and 11/21
