Executive Director's Message
As we embrace the long-awaited days of summer, I want to take a moment to reflect on what makes this time of year so special. Summer is a season of connection, adventure, and, most importantly, the chance to create lasting memories with family, friends, and neighbors. It’s the perfect opportunity to get outside, enjoy nature, and participate in the many activities that the Warrenville Park District offers.
I’m genuinely excited about the upcoming summer, and I can’t wait to see our parks come to life with all the activities we’ve planned for you. Whether you’re looking to get active, try something new, or simply enjoy a quiet moment outdoors, we’ve got something for everyone. Our day camps will be offering a blend of creativity and outdoor adventure, while our adult leagues and group fitness classes will help you stay healthy and engaged. And for those who prefer a more laid-back experience, we’ll have plenty of opportunities to relax and enjoy our beautiful parks.
We’re also proud to offer events that enhance experiences in our parks. These include outdoor movie nights, community festivals, and kids’ entertainment that will encourage everyone to step outside and take part in the fun. I encourage you to check everything we have to offer in this brochure and sign up for activities that pique your interest, you won’t want to miss out on all the excitement we have planned.
Of course, none of this would be possible without the continued support and participation of our incredible community. We’re fortunate to have such a dedicated group of residents who care about our parks and public spaces. Your enthusiasm, participation, and feedback help us continuously improve and create experiences that truly benefit everyone.
This summer, I hope you’ll make the most of our parks and outdoor spaces. Take a walk through one of our parks or simply sit back and relax with family at one of our events. We have an incredibly talented and dedicated recreation team that has put together a diverse selection of programs and activities for you to enjoy!
Thank you for being an essential part of this amazing community. I can’t wait to see you out there this summer, enjoying all the opportunities we have to offer!
As always, if you have any questions, concerns, or suggestions on how the Park District can better serve you, please feel free to contact me directly. I wish you a fun and healthy summer with friends, families and the Warrenville Park District.

We offer an assortment of volunteer opportunities that can get you involved in the community while giving you a rewarding experience. See the inside back cover for upcoming volunteer opportunities.
VOLUNTEER SPOTLIGHT - PHIL JANETEAS: Phil’s first coaching experience was with the WAA for Spring Baseball three years ago. Later that Fall, he also assisted with soccer. He decided to volunteer to ensure the kids had a fantastic experience. He knows it’s sometimes challenging to find enough volunteers, but he wanted to contribute and make a difference. What he enjoys most about volunteering is witnessing the kids improve in their respective sports. Being there to see them achieve their goals and grow is incredibly rewarding.

Our Commitment to Quality and Service
Total quality management is one of our goals. We strive to provide you with high quality recreation programming, and we take pride in making your experience with the Warrenville Park District an enjoyable one. If you are not completely satisfied with your recreation experience or any service that the park district provides, please contact us to share your concerns and suggestions for improvement. We would also like to hear what you especially like about our programs and services. Please call 630.393.7279 to receive our Customer Feedback Form.
Errors and Adjustments
While we at the Warrenville Park District try to be accurate in the information presented in our brochure, some unavoidable errors or changes to the programs, fees, schedules, and other information may occur. The Park District apologizes for any inconvenience resulting from these necessary adjustments.
Park District Risk Management Association
In 1993, the Warrenville Park District became a member of the Park District Risk Management Agency (PDRMA). As a loss prevention measure, that group has asked its members to require program participants to execute a release form. The Waiver, Release and Hold Harmless Agreement is part of the registration form. Please read the form carefully, sign it and submit it when you register for any particular program. At the time of registration or at the first program session, you may be presented with a sheet describing some of the particular risk involved in that particular activity for which you have registered. If so, that additional material will become a part of the Waiver. Release and Hold Harmless Agreement. We want the registrants in our programs to be aware in advance that, when they participate in certain activities, there is a natural element of risk of injury which each participant must assume. We do not carry medical or accident insurance for program participants. The costs of that type of personal health insurance would make program fees prohibitive. Please review your own personal health insurance plan to be certain that you and your family have the proper coverage. The use of this form is one of our answers to the national liability insurance crisis, allowing us to continue to offer quality programs to the public at a reasonable cost. If you have any questions, please call 630.393.7279.

If inappropriate behavior occurs, a prompt resolutions will be sought specific to each individual’s situation. Warrenville Park District reserves the right to dismiss a participant, parent or sibling, or affiliate whose behavior endangers his or her own safety or the safety of others.

Pitch to the Pros!
Is there a particular class you have been looking for? Is there something new your kids or you would like to participate in?
