Recently I have been reading a lot on mindfulness. Being mindful is very similar to being conscious of what we do and being fully aware of it. Being conscious goes beyond walking around with our eyes open or being mindful of what we do each day.

Most of the time we are on automatic pilot and do our day-to-day activities quite unconsciously and robotically as our actions have proved to produce the same results in the past. However, if you become aware of how you utilize your consciousness, it reveals how and why you experience whatever happens in your life.

By being mindful, you can ingeniously create your reality consciously, intentionally, and purposefully. It is a brilliant way to awaken and enhance your awareness in a way that harmonizes with what you really want and helps you reclaim your power to do what you desire. With that inner power of being aware, you can enhance and expand your awareness regarding life and determine how each aspect of your life unfolds. It makes you aware of your individual creative ability to be successful and do whatever you choose for yourself.

It is hence beneficial to explore and develop an understanding of the power of mindfulness and how your consciousness plays such a major role in events that shape your individual life as well as determines how things around you respond to your doing things mindfully.

To fully understand how your mind relates to the physical, financial, relational, emotional, and spiritual aspects of your life, it is necessary to think and use your consciousness to be purposeful, intentional, and conscious about moments and experiences in your life in all its essence.

As someone who does a lot of multitasking in my daily life, I now consciously choose what I want to explore, discover and choose to experience.

The first step is to purposefully and consistently remind myself that I have a choice in experiencing the kind and quality of life I want for myself. This enables me to fully appreciate life, things around me, events and circumstances I encounter and enjoy the experiences in life I choose mindfully.
