This contract includes everything in the Standard Lifecare Contract, plus a 75% refund of the entrance fee upon death or contract cancellation .*

This contract features a 15% reduction applied to the A Lifecare Contract entrance fee, while providing independent living with all of the lifestyle features and amenities available, plus assisted living services, including memory care in assisted living . This contract also includes guaranteed access to Shell Point skilled nursing services at private pay rates .
This contract offers a 100% refund of the entrance fee upon death or contract cancellation . This contract does not include assisted living, memory care or skilled nursing services, but provides guaranteed access to Shell Point assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing at private pay rates .
