I have worked in the property industry for more than 20 years and was proud to qualify as a chartered surveyor in 2011 specialising in commercial property. I continue to focus on commercial property agency, professional services and RICS valuations. It is also my privilege to lead the Sheldon Bosley Knight commercial property team in a patch covering Coventry and Warwickshire, Gloucestershire, Worcestershire, Oxfordshire and Leicestershire.

Jenny Jackson APPRENTICE SURVEYOR

I have been with Sheldon Bosley Knight since 2019. I have developed skills across the commercial sector with particular focus on completing agency deals and commercial property management. I am doing a university course at the College of Estate Management and am on my way to becoming a chartered surveyor (RICS). I enjoy meeting and supporting clients throughout all stages of their commercial property transactions and look forward to the future with Sheldon Bosley Knight.

I have worked in the property and business brokerage sector for 23 years, having started as a residential agent in Coventry after completing my apprenticeship with Rover Cars. Ben Maiden COMMERCIAL AGENT

I joined Sheldon Bosley Knight in 2022 following eight years specialising in the serviced office industry. I gained chartered management status in 2021 and have been successful in numerous lettings and freehold sales since joining the commercial department. I’m responsible for promoting, negotiating, and settling a wide range of commercial property across the Midlands and thrive on achieving the best results for our clients.

Having been trading in the store for 100 years, we decided to pursue a freehold sale. We approached Steve who arranged to hold an open day which resulted in a high number of both viewings and offers, and within two weeks an offer was accepted, and the sale proceeded in spite of COVID-19.
