Attacth The frame and the caps on to steel plate with four screws screwed on to the caps

Apply plaster leaving circular exposed area for the lense

FRAME ASSEMBLY After the assembly of the four timber pieces the frame should rotate freely.

Insert piece of timber into slot bolted in by two 15x60 bolts

BEVEL & HANDLES The Bevel is bolted behind the timber joist onto the nog . its supported by a hinge that allows the triangular bevel to rotate downwards.
Screw the hinges onto bevel piece
Screw the handle onto thread Which is attacted on the timber joist .
