Breeding & Marketing Consultant Brian Prater, Alison Bannan and Neil Garnett, Principals of SheepMaster™ Stud have recently appointed Andrew to this important role. Neil has worked with Andrew in South America, as well as different regions of Australia and we have huge respect for his experience and knowledge in breeding and marketing, not only in Australia but overseas. The Cobar Sale is a very signi cant step for our National Breeders in NSW and our national program. They are rising above Covid complications to present an outstanding team of Commercial Rams. Open Days across NSW to inspect our breed and discuss SheepMasters plans and systems had to be postponed because of travel restrictions. Neil Garnett, SheepMaster, founding breeder along with the NSSB breeders will reconvene as soon as travel is possible and safe for all concerned. The NSSB breeders along with Luke Scales, Nutrien coordinator and manager of the sale, look forward to meeting breeders and discussing our team of rams and SheepMaster’s future plans. Please make yourself known if you are able to attend.
SheepMaster™ SYSTEMS AND PLAN The NSSB annual two day, general meeting has been delayed as a result of Covid and travel restrictions. It will now be convened as soon as safe travel between the states is possible. High on the agenda will be the implementation of our certi cation program. This will manage and constantly improve the product SheepMaster offers to the shedding sheep Industry. It will also include a national register of all individual stud animals and their production data. SheepMaster™ Mid-West Group A group of Accredited SheepMaster Breeders have combined to form the SheepMaster™ Mid-Wes Group. Liz & Peter Williams of Mogumber, Russell Bradshaw of Mooliabeenee, near Gin-Gin and Sandy & Geoff Crabbe of Dongara are conducting an Elders Ram Sale on the Williams property at Mogumber, near New Norcia on 8th October.
