build up area: 2611.22 sq.ft total area: 4391.86 sq.ft location: ttk road theme: pastel and floral cafe paradise is basically pastel and floral themed bistro with modern interiors. colour palette used are light shades of pink and green with golden finish. most of the people search for good vibes and stress free environment, so we provide the atmosphere were people can enjoy the floral fell with light colours.
the functional spaces include a bar area, interior and exterior dining area and a chillout area, technical areas with restricted access such as kitchen, pantry and storage. as far as ambience the space is created inspired from light shades of colours and nature (flowers).

THIS PROJECT IS DESIGNED FOR THE CLINT WHO IS A YOUTUBER- CARRY MINATI. THE PROJECT IS DESIGNED IN G+1 FLOOR. THE SITE HAS A OUTDOOR POOL, PARKING AREA,SECURITY CABIN, PLAY AREA AND A GAZEBO. GROUND FLOOR HAS A FOYER,LIVING AREA,DINING AREA,KITCHEN WITH STORAGE AND UTILITY AREA,GYM,GUEST BEDROOM AND OFFICE WITH FORMAL LIVING AREA. FIRST FLOOR HAS 2 BEDROOMS WITH BALCONY,LOUNGE,STUDIO,HOME THEATER ROOM AND A GAMING ROOM.

GROUND FLOOR HAS a reception and lobby, ups and cctv room, cafeteria + break area, common meeting room, managers cabin, 4 seater workstation (3), 6 seater meeting room, 6 seater workstation, 10 seater meeting room, 8 seater workstation. FIRST FLOOR HAS 20 seater meeting room, 6 seater workstation with 2+1 cabin (2), 4 seater workstation, 10 seater meeting room, 10 seater workstation with 2+1 cabin, open workstation + break area.

chair with drawers convertable into coffee table furniture design
furniture brief its a compact furniture that can be convertable into coffee table from a chair. this furniture is designed for the purpose of saving space, time and energy. this furniture is mainly designed for the old age people to make there work easier and faster without any wastage of time and energy and habit of forgetting things can be replaced.
mechanism first its a normal chair with drawers for a comfortable seating and storage and when the back rest of the chair is pulled down it forms into a coffee table.
