LIGHT TEAMWORK Sarah Ford for Shaw Media
Jack, 5, left, and James, 4, help their parents Tim and Amy Hunter of Lyndon string up lights on the Lyndon Bridge on Saturday, Nov. 6, in preparation for the holiday season. Despite the breezy conditions, over a dozen volunteers with the Lyndon Economic Advisory Panel (LEAP), Lyndon Area Historical Society, a few helpful kids, and even two dogs spent a couple hours on the bridge stringing lights and decorating it for the holidays. The official bridge lighting will be on Saturday, Dec. 4 at 4 p.m. following a visit by Santa Claus at 3:30.
