Mother Nature has not been kind to this Polo snowman as part of his face begins to slip away Tuesday, Jan. 30. Mild weather has arrived in Ogle County after the winter storm that dropped between 10 to 13 inches of snow on the region two weeks ago. Temperatures for the end of the week were forecast to enter the 40-degree range.
