Reaper Nation comes home Photos by ERIC MILLER • emiller@shawmedia.com Plano High School celebrated football Homecoming last week, and that means the entire Plano community turned out for the festivities that started Monday and continued through the dance on Saturday night. A generous hint of fall air over the weekend brought out a wave of purple sweatshirts as the Reaper faithful turned out to show their support for their school. This is a town that takes its
football seriously, and several former players were honored during the course of the week. Joining the parade of current classes and future Plano High School students were representatives of various classes including 1965, 1970, 1980 and 1985. To top it off, the Reapers emerged victorious over Peotone in the Friday night Homecoming game. Read more about it on Page 12.
