I attended Hawkeye Tech at Waterloo for diesel-truck mechanics, and then went to work here for Underwood Auto in 1975 operating their mechanic shop. I left here in 1983 to work on H-Ds in Omaha, Neb., and became a certiﬁed PHD Tech. I returned here in 1993 and ran shop for Andrews for a year. I then went to work for Central Tractor parts in Des Moines working in their machine shop. I left there in 2003 and purchased the store from Andrews. Anything else you’d like us to know? I still enjoy working on things as much as ever and talking to people. I try to treat everyone as a friend and do the best I can for them.
