It’s your “life,” use it! This spring, Clarke County Development Corporation (CCDC), in collaboration with Clarke Community School District, Clarke County Board of Supervisors, Clarke County Hospital board and the city of Osceola hired Spoke Communications to help them with a public relations marketing effort. The first thing Spoke Communications did was begin a process of understanding how people in Osceola get their information.
