Family and friends of Kent “Bud” Dearborn Jr. toss flowers into the Rock River from the Illinois 64 bridge in Oregon on Saturday to mark his 2019 accident below the Oregon dam. Dearborn and James Swift were fishing when their boat capsized. Swift’s body was recovered in Dixon, but Dearborn’s has not been found. Story on page 3.
