the community” that IS The Dole! From the gorgeous grounds, to the Dole Mansion, to the Sage Gallery, to the Vestal Culinary Kitchen, you will not have to search hard to experience the magic of The Dole!

2021 Lakeside Festval Entertainment The Special Consensus July 1, 3:30 pm - NWH Stage A four-person acoustic bluegrass band that formed in the Chicago area in 1975, the band has released 19 recordings and has appeared on numerous National Public Radio programs and cable television shows, including The Nashville Network and the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville, Tennessee. International tours have brought the band to Australia, Canada, Europe, Ireland, South America and the United Kingdom. Rivers And Roads (Compass Records) was released in March 2018 and received IBMA awards for Instrumental Recorded Performance of the Year and Album of the Year in addition to a GRAMMY nomination for the Best Bluegrass Album award.

On behalf of the Crystal Lake Business community, welcome to the amazing Lakeside Festivities, the Independence Day Parade, and 4th of July Fireworks to celebrate the greatest weekend of the summer! Presented by the Crystal Lake Chamber, and brought to you by the City of Crystal Lake, the Crystal Lake Lions Club and the Crystal Lake Park District, we invite you to the 2021 Independence Day Parade Celebration on July 4th starting at 1 p.m.

The Independence Day Parade begins at the Crystal Lake City Hall (Woodstock Street and Dole Avenue) and proceeds down Dole Avenue to end at Lakeside Arts Park where you can eat and

drink from the many local food vendors while listening to the many musical groups performing at the Lakeside Festival.

It takes a group effort to make the spectacular weekend of events a success. The Crystal Lake Chamber of Commerce is proud to be an ongoing part of bringing all the best our community has to offer in celebration. It is with the commitment of local businesses and business leaders that come together to sponsor and volunteer their time and talent to bring you an Independence Day Parade that is the envy of many surrounding communities.
