Annabelle Yokoboskie, 2, of Freeport, smiles as she rides the Rocking Horse, one of the entries in the U.S. National Straw Sculpting Competition in Mt. Morris on Saturday. The horse’s sculptor, Fran Volz, of Rochelle, offered rides during afternoon events. Annabelle was in town enjoying the festival with her grandmother, Teri Meyers, of Mt. Morris.
