Jim Francis of Mt. Morris was one of several area residents who gave blood at the Mt. Morris Fire Station on Tuesday. Here, Tammy Pasqueno of the Rock River Valley Blood Center, oversees Francis’ donation. RRVBC’s website says that there is a national blood shortage and the meed for blood donations is urgent.
