Three rivers FesTival and The CommuniTY Celebrating Hometown Heroes and History This year, Channahon’s Three Rivers Festival honors our hometown heroes and essential workers in recognition for all they did during the 2020 pandemic.

In addition, we recognize local hometown history in celebrating the anniversaries of the Village of Channahon - 60 years, Channahon Park District - 50 years, and the Three Rivers Public Library District - 45 years

CHANNAHON PARADE GRAND MARSHALL HENRY “HANK” DZIEKAN Henry “Hank” Dziekan is a World War II Navy veteran who saw action in the Pacific. After the war, he married and raised a family in Chicago; working in purchasing for the electronics industry. Hank moved to Channahon in 2007 and enjoys being active in the community.
