FAMILY FEST

Family Fest 2022 was held in the spring for the first time in event history and the change of season was a hit! More than 1500 families came through the family-friendly expo held at Minooka Community High School – Central Campus. Thanks to presenting sponsors CPV Three Rivers Energy we again were able to keep this event free for families to attend. From a reptile show to balloon swords – there were plenty of kids’ activities thanks to event sponsors Constellation-Dresden Station and D’Arcy Motors. The Kids Zone sponsors included Financial Plus Credit Union, Grundy Workforce Services, Little Learners Children’s Academy, LyondellBasell, ONEOK, OSB Bank, Heartland Bank, WCSJ Radio and Old National Bank. As the kids were entertained the adults learned all about what Grundy County has to offer through the more than 70 vendors on-hand for the business expo. Thank you to all of our sponsors, volunteers, and attendees for another great Family Fest! We look forward to Family Fest 2023-save the date for April 15, 2023 at Shabbona School in Morris. Visit grundychamber.com for more details.
