The Daily Journal put out a call for colorful and creative turkeys and readers did not disappoint. Whether a first-time entry or part of a longtime tradition, the Turkey Coloring Contest has become a staple in Kankakee and Iroquois county residents showcasing their creative skills. Thank you to everyone who participated, and we at the Daily Journal wish you a Happy Thanksgiving!
