The St. Charles Area Chamber of Commerce expressed heartfelt gratitude to chamber and community members during the 55th Annual Charlemagne Awards evening on May 19. This year’s theme of “Road to Excellence” celebrates the next century of honoring and recognizing the many accomplishments of chamber members and the St. Charles community. Attorney Jim Cooke won the prestigious Charlemagne Award, and former Kane County Board Chair and state Sen. Karen McConnaughay received the 28th annual L.E.A.P. Award.
