They play a vital role in the organization and positively impact people facing cancer. If you are interested in volunteering in any capacity, please visit livingwellcrc.org/get-involved/volunteer. Volunteers are used in a variety of roles, including: • Fitness/Yoga Instructors – Volunteers who are certified and interested in teaching mind/body fitness classes for people who have or had cancer are appreciated. • Front Desk/Clerical – Answer telephones, greet and direct participants as they arrive for programs/services, register participants for programs, and other administrative tasks as they come up. • Fundraising – There are two major fundraisers for LivingWell Cancer Resource Center. Both require a committee of 20 to 30 volunteers working together to coordinate a variety of tasks including team recruitment, corporate sponsorship, securing food, snacks, beverages, entertainment; coat-check, registration, serving, the live auction, securing sponsorships, invitations, wine, music and flowers, and raffle and auction items or setup and cleanup. • Touch Therapists – are Licensed Estheticians, Licensed Massage Therapists, Certified Reflexology or Reiki practitioners who can volunteer an occasional morning or afternoon are appreciated at LivingWell. The Geneva Concours d’Elegance is returning this year on Sunday, August 28, 2022. It will be open to the public from 10:00am - 4:00pm on Geneva’s vibrant South Third Street. “People of all ages will enjoy strolling a wonderful variety of the best classic, exotic and that showcase the heritage, artistic and significance of the automobile through the ages,” says Shelia Joynt from Concours d’Elegance. The event allows the additional opportunity to explore the Geneva has to offer before, during, or after the event. This year, over 170 cars will be on display on S. Third Street and the cross streets from State Street to South Street. Special features will include the luxury cars of the Classic Era from 1920s - 1939, the Lincoln Continental and the 100th anniversary of the Springfield Rolls Royce. Also on display will be the MicroCars & Micro/Mini Cars and “Tuner” cars. The show will also include vintage sports cars, race cars and modern exotics as well as a fine variety of collector cars from the 1950’s to 1976.

For 43 years, Geneva has been celebrating the flavors of fall with Festival of the Vine. The centerpiece of this festival revolves around food in our Flavor Fare tent. The event runs September 9-11. See website below for exact times. In 2022 this award-winning event is moving across the street to South Fourth and James Streets.
