ELBURN – A “Felted Olaf” workshop is set for 11:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Town and Country Public Library, 320 E. North St., Elburn. Participants will use soft wool and needle felting to make this wintertime ornament. Natasha Lewis, of Esther’s Place, welcomes all students ages 5 and older to register.
