Brian Yardley, of Newton, joined the Lauterbach team as a car salesman in February 2017. Brian graduated from Newton Senior High School in 1989 after he moved to Newton in 1978 from Kilduff, IA. He attended Indian Hills Community College to study auto body until 1991, worked in various body shops in Newton until 1996 before he was employed by Maytag until 2006. After Maytag,Yardley re-entered the automobile industry in 2006, this time on the retail sales side. Brian has been married to Lyndi Schwarz for 25 years as of last summer and have two sons, Jordan, 22, and Nicholas, 20. Nicholas graduated from Newton compass DMACC as a certified welder and Jordan is attending Iowa State University. In his spare time, Brian enjoys camping and spending time with his family and friends. “I enjoy helping people find vehicles that are a proper fit for them,” Brian said.
