Snow Removal Bids Wanted The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids and the successful bidder will be notified thereof.
SPECIFICATIONS: Snow removal equipment must be possessed to clear and remove snow from the designated school property areas according to the specifications. Any diversions, additions or deletions from the specifications must be noted on the bid sheet. Snow shall be removed from the school property for the 2020-2021 through 2021-2022 (2 years) school year winter months as specified below: 1. Snow is to be cleared prior to 7:00 am at the schools, if at all possible when school is in session. 2. Confirm removal of snow with Director of Buildings and Grounds or Superintendent of Schools before snow is removed each snowfall. 3. Necessary insurance is the responsibility of the successful bidder. A certificate of insurance must be submitted to the school district (provided by your insurance agent). Contractor will be paid monthly following the regular board meeting after submitting a statement showing number of hours of service on or before the 10th day of each month in which payment is expected.
