Bikers Benefit from Park District Grants Funding
E
veryone knows Pottawatomie Park in St. Charles as the go-to place for mini-golf, pedal boats, playgrounds, riverboat cruises, swimming, fishing and picnic shelters. Now, thanks to a funding grant, the park is also home to a new Bike Plaza. Riders traveling over the miles of trails that wind along the banks of the Fox River have come to see Pottawatomie Park as an oasis, a serene and scenic place they can stop for clean restrooms, tasty refreshments and recreation opportunities. And with the
addition of the park’s new dedicated Bike Plaza, they also have a place where they can fix a flat, adjust their brakes or straighten a slanted seat.
Miniature Golf; the second station is across from Langum Park on the east bank of the Fox River along Route 25. Vibrant signage directs bikers to each plaza, which are also outfitted with water bottle fill stations, benches and weather-proof bike path information holders. “One of the scariest things for bikers is to be out on a trail and not have a way to take care of any mechanical emergencies,” said Laura Rudow, Superintendent of Parks and Planning. “These bike repair stations can give riders great peace of mind.” Each station come equipped with numerous commercial-grade, rubber-coated, flexible cable-tied tools, including various-sized screwdrivers and wrenches, that enable bikers to do everything from raising or lowering a seat to adjusting tire alignment. Elevated hanger arms allow the bike to be mounted at eye level to make repairs easier to manage and an air pump helps take care of any flat tires. “The biking community is a very active, socially connected network,” said Rudow. “Our Bike Plaza is helping make the park district even more of a destination for avid bikers as it provides respite to the distance biker.”
Provided by the Making Kane County Fit for Kids Funding Consortium, two state-of-the-art bike repair plazas have been installed along the Fox River Trail. We Move People 6 Years/72,000 Miles Transferable Bumper-to-Bumper Limited Warranty
T
he goal of the Fox Valley Auto Group, Fox Valley Volkswagen St. Charles, Fox Valley Volkswagen Schaumburg and Fox Valley Buick GMC St. Charles is to sell and service new Volkswagen, Buick and GMC vehicles and all makes and models of pre-driven vehicles.
Abinion began selling vehicles to help pay for college and fell in love with the business. His first dealership was Landmark Ford in Niles, IL for 16 years. Vice President, Pre-driven Vehicle
Their focus toward providing superior customer service and excellent ownership experience has allowed Fox Valley Auto Group to expand over the years.
Their mission is to move people. But this is not about selling their customers a vehicle and repairing the ones they already have. It is about much more than that and it is certainly much more than two simple words. They want everyone who is in contact with their team members every day to be MOVED. Moved in many ways, but always for the better — better than before their engagement with them — whether it is financially, spiritually, emotionally as well as professionally.
Emir Abinion, Founder, President & CEO, Fox Valley Auto Group
“We want to move people to a better place in their lives just by dealing and working with us,” said founder, President and CEO Emir Abinion. “Imagine the impact we can have on people’s lives with this as our focus. This is what it truly means to be of service.”
Director and Partner Shakeel Omar, operated a successful pre-driven automotive retail store in Chicago, IL for over 16 years. Long-time friends, Abinion and Omar met when they were selling cars together at Golf Mill Ford in the mid-1980s.
Abinion added a new Volkswagen dealership in West Chicago in 2006, which in 2016 moved and expanded to a 40,000 square-foot facility in St. Charles. Fox Valley Volkswagen Schaumburg opened in 2008 and recently underwent a significant remodel both inside and out to enhance the customer experience. Fox Valley Buick GMC of St. Charles opened in 2011.
In 2016, Frank Butnaru, who worked for Abinion in sales at Landmark Ford, was named as a second partner and is the General Manager of the Volkswagen dealership in Schaumburg. The two are long-time friends, as well.
In 2012, Volkswagen awarded Abinion the Volkswagen Diamond Pin Award, a recognition bestowed on only four dealers in North America and 70 Volkswagen dealers world-wide, for their overall commitment to the brand and its customers. They were again recognized in 2015 with membership in Volkswagen’s Customer First Club. This accolade recognizes the dealership as a top performer in customer satisfaction on a national level. The two things that drive Abinion are finding ways to make it better and more convenient for the dealerships’ customers to do business with them, and how can they serve the community better. Fox Valley Auto Group has three locations and approximately 160 employees. Together, Fox Valley Auto Group sells about 5,000 vehicles and services over 54,000 vehicles annually. Abinion said the secret to his dealerships’ success is to treat people like he would want to be treated and to be a value through service to his customers and community. “This comes first before any vehicle is sold or serviced,” he said.

Stockholm’s Brew Pub BRINGS QUALITY MENU, WELCOMING ATMOSPHERE TO GENEVA
Even though Stockholm’s Brew Pub has been in Geneva for more than 16 years, it’s constantly evolving and changing. Owner Michael Olesen and Chef Jerry Kowalczyk are always updating the menu with fresh dishes, and pairing them with the brew pub’s hand-crafted beers. In fact, Stockholm’s is known for its popular monthly “Beer Dinners,” when Olesen and Kowalczyk create special meals and match them with some of the unique beers that Stockholm’s is known for. “Stockholm’s has 14 beers on tap that are brewed in –house at all times,” Olesen explains. “Beer was the primary beverage for centuries in Europe, and the different styles developed around the regional foods. Pairing these with our diverse menu will allow you to experience flavors that you never knew were there, both in the food and in the beer. These are culinary delights to your palate.” The quality of the food and beer make Stockholm’s stand out among other restaurants. Kowalczyk and Olesen stay on top of current trends in the culinary industry, while staying true to reliable, classic dishes that guests have come to love. But no matter the dish, only the highest-quality, freshest ingredients are used in each menu item. Kowalczyk began working in the industry when he was teenager and says that he learned everything about running a restaurant from his father. He says that working as a chef is his passion. “He was not the best cook, but loved to entertain and accommodate all of his guests whether in his home or out dining,” he explains. “I learned from him that food is a huge part of business, family and friends. Wining and dining to me is a huge part of my life.” Even though Stockholm’s is considered an upscale establishment, guests will find a warm, casual, family-friendly environment that can accommodate everyone’s taste. Olesen likens it to a “vardshus,” which means “tavern” in Swedish and he wanted to keep the old-world tradition of brewing beer- cask-conditioned and unfiltered for a full flavor. As a lifelong Geneva resident, Olesen came up with the idea for Stockholm’s in the mid-1980s. In fact, he tried to purchase the tavern that had been in the same location, but when the deal fell through, life took him in a different direction. But when the building became available again in the early 2000s, Olesen jumped at the chance and by May of 2002, his dream had become a reality. Olesen says that he fell in love with the restaurant industry while in college when he worked as a bartender. “Stockholm’s location has been a local tavern since the 1930s, and is ideally located in the heart of downtown Geneva,” he says. Stockholm’s prides itself on being Geneva’s “go-to” tavern, welcoming repeat customers week after week. In addition to the food and beer, Olesen also attributes his success to the friendly, knowledgeable and hard-working employees. “Three people in our kitchen have been with Stockholm’s since we opened over 16 years ago, and the majority of our staff has been with us for 10 years or more,” he says. “Come into Stockholm’s and relax, enjoy a great meal and become a part of the family.” Stockholm’s is located at 306 W. State St., Geneva and offers dine-in, patio and carry-out services. The restaurant is open from 11 a.m. to midnight Monday through Thursday, from 11 a.m. to 1 a.m. Friday and Saturday, and from 10 a.m. to midnight on Sunday. peace 4 the journey Comforting support for those at the end of life & their loved ones The loss of a loved one is never easy, but Peace 4 The Journey founder Kathy Wetters and her team know that support, compassion and care can provide comfort and understanding to those in a time of need. Peace 4 The Journey is non-medical, holistic support for the dying and their family. Wetters and her staff are able to be a support to someone in their time of need. Her staff is trained to provide assistance with funeral plans, facilitate family meetings to discuss end of life issues and insure advanced directives are in place. Her staff has assisted in practical matters such as organizing volunteers in a support network to offer spiritual and practical care. Wetters is a certified End Of Life Doula and an education partner with Quality of Life Care. She is also a master trainer for AgeUcate Training Institute, bringing education programs to family caregivers, long-term care providers and first responders. Wetters was inspired to create Peace 4 The Journey through her experiences with Right at Home, which provides in-home senior care in the Fox Valley area as well as the western and southwest suburbs. During her 15 years with Right at Home, she has seen how many individuals faced the end of life alone, or were unable to express their final wishes and planning with family. She also witnessed how families sought more support during difficult times. With Peace 4 The Journey, Wetters and her team focus on walking alongside the dying
person and providing emotional support to the family. The aim is to increase compassion and companionship for those who are dying. Wetters and her team are able to help families to honor last wishes. For some, understanding a loved one’s wishes for care and treatment in their final days can be overwhelming, confusing and even frightening. Through Peace 4 The Journey a family can rely on someone to provide guidance and compassion. Wetters and her staff understand how to provide support to the family as they prepare and move into the transition from life to death and into a state of mourning. For many, an End Of Life Doula can provide the practical and emotional support to someone dying and their loved ones, providing assistance to create a more peaceful transition. An End Of Life Doula can provide gentle guidance, information on options and resources and spiritual support. An End of Life Doula can be a resource to listen and provide a soothing space, a caring touch. Peace 4 The Journey is based in Batavia, making it easy to access communities in the Fox Valley area and throughout Chicagoland. Services are provided as needed and available every day of the year. At Peace 4 The Journey, the staff understands grief and the emotions after the loss of a loved one don’t fit into a timetable. The staff is able to provide resources to help a family as they continue to move through the bereavement process.

Open The Door To A Unique Shopping Experience Discover eclectic home décor, custom furnishings & architectural salvage at Little Red Barn Door By Aimee Barrows Blending old pieces with new is the hottest trend in home décor, and if you’re looking to add some unique touches to your space, Little Red Barn Door in Geneva is the place to go for original architectural salvage and other custom items. At the boutique, which is located in the historic Berry House on Third Street, you’ll find everything from candles, artwork, custom-made pillows, furniture and many other eclectic goods. The inventory is constantly changing, so the store is always updated with exclusive items. Owner Sylvia Torres, a St. Charles resident, opened the Little Red Barn Door in December of 2017, just in time for the holiday shopping season. She says that business has been good, which she attributes to the increased interest in customizing homes with one-of-a-kind décor, as well as the warm, personalized attention she gives each customer. “We like to keep current with the trends in our industry. We’re a small space, so keeping it fresh and new is important,” she explains. “A lot of people tell me my store is a nice addition to the area. My prices are reasonable and the store is very personable. I’m always here, so I get to know my customers.” Torres has always loved decorating and designing, but says she never thought she’d own a home décor boutique. She earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from Northern Illinois University and later spent almost 20 years working in her family’s business, Legna Iron Works, where she was in charge of accounting, marketing and human resources.
But thanks to the encouragement of her family and friends, Torres decided it was time to leave the family company and pursue her passion. And because of her connections with the steel company, she’s able to bring vintage industrial pieces into her shop. Many of the items available in the store are also locally-made. “I’ve always felt I was creative and I love decorating,” she says. “People tell me that I have a good eye and I’m able to bring items together nicely. We are very fortunate to work with a great group of talented local small businesses that help us stock the shop with all the beautiful, unique items we carry.” Torres, who owns Little Red Barn Door with her husband Tony, initially began selling her unique pieces online. But the orders began coming in so quickly that Torres was spending a lot of time and money on packaging and shipping. It was then that she knew it was time to open a brick and mortar location.
“Her parents got married in that church, and she came in with a photo of her parents’ wedding, in that church with those pews in the background,” Torres remembers. “Just seeing how happy she was to be able to purchase something with so much meaning to her family was really cool.” Our biggest obstacle has been the lack of storage space; however, we’re setting up our warehouse which will include a showroom perfect for hosting shopping events, paint parties, classes and more,” she says. “I’d like to grow and learn from all our experiences during the first year in business so that we can become better. The ultimate goal over the next five years is to be a big part of Third Street and to be recognized in the industry.” Little Red Barn Door is located at 227 S. Third St., Suite 205, Geneva and is open TuesWed 10am-5pm, Thurs-Sat 10am-7pm & Sun 11am-5pm. Call (630) 402-0072 or email littleredbarndoor@comcast.net for more information, or visit the store’s Facebook page.
Once Torres decided to take the plunge, her next step was scouting an appropriate location for her store. Even though it’s small, Torres says the second-floor space fits right in with the other retailers in the Berry House. “We knew this type of shop needed to be in a special kind of area, and Third Street had everything we were looking for,” Torres says. “I felt that this type of store wouldn’t fit into a strip mall. When we came across the available space in the Berry House, we jumped at the opportunity.” And in the few months since Little Red Barn Door has been open, Torres has already experienced some special memories with her customers. She says that a customer was able to purchase a church pew from the Congregational Church of Batavia at the store.
I’ve always felt I was creative and I love decorating. People tell me that I have a good eye and I’m able to bring items together nicely. We are very fortunate to work with a great group of talented local small businesses that help us stock the shop with all the beautiful, unique items we carry.

String it up at Austin’s Violin Shop
A
ustin’s Violin Shop makes, repairs, sells and rents the four orchestral stringed instruments— violin, viola, cello, and bass—and offers a wide range of music, stands and accessories. Their courier service travels throughout the Chicagoland area. Owner Patricia Austin began playing the violin in fourth grade and continued to study music at Northern Illinois University. There, she also studied violin-making with Mr. Harold Walker
RELAX & CREATE in DeKalb. Patricia began teaching Suzuki violin to students in 1975. In 1981, she and her husband, Dana, opened Austin’s Violin Shop in a ramshackle house on Wheeler Road—very humble beginnings! In 1986, the Austins moved their shop to its current location on Wheeler Road. Their business continued to grow, along with their family of eight children. The location presents easy access to several area studios and schools. Working out of their home also gave Patricia the opportunity to be close to her children while teaching full time. Dana converted the garage into a working shop for meeting with customers, as well as for luthier services. Upon Dana’s passing in 1994, Patricia took over the violin shop and gradually transitioned from full-time teaching to running the shop. The Austin’s oldest daughter, Honna, currently provides lessons in the studio two days a week, as well as at a large strings studio in Batavia. S ’ T I ! E R E H The New 2019 Chevrolet Silverado is here! This Silverado features bold, distinctive styling, and broader dimensions – with eight trim levels including the Custom Trail Boss, which features a two-inch lift from the factory. All Silverados are built on a high strength steel foundation for safety and durability. They also include the Durabed cargo area – which is the most functional bed in the segment. There is also an enhanced trailering experience with this Silverado due to the availability of cameras, lighting, and advanced technologies. The 2019 Silverado HD has three special editions: Tribute, Midnight, and Custom Sport – each one with its own specific set of embellishments.
The 2019 Chevrolet Traverse has also had some refinements made to it. The RS model will offer all-wheel-drive capability paired with the 3.6L V6 engine, and Traverse LT leather adds available 8-passenger seating. There are also now going to be two ways to order LT leather. On Premier and High Country models, the standard heated steering wheel now “reads” the interior temperature of the vehicle, and then activates or deactivates automatically to help drivers keep comfortable in all temperatures. The 2019 Chevrolet Traverse has a bold and refined look, specifically in its prominent C-pillar and vertical front centerline. From the LT to the black-out and sporty RS or the premium High Country, Traverse offers a trim for just about any taste.
The Tribute model includes Z71 front door badges, flag-inspired decal along the sides, black bowties, chrome front and rear bumpers, and spray-on bed liner. The Midnight edition includes all-terrain tires, black Chevrolet bowties, body-color grille with chrome bars, body-color front and rear bumpers, 4-inch black tubular assist steps, and spray-on bed liner. The Custom version has front and rear park assist, body-color grille with chrome horizontal bars, spray-on bed liner, 20-inch polished aluminum wheels, and fog lamps. Additionally, key Silverado accessories for 2019 include a Realtree Bowtie, Carhart seat covers, a polished aluminum exhaust tip, and of course the very popular GM front and rear floor liners to name just a few.

Award-winning Wildwood offers up fine-dining, welcoming atmosphere After spending nearly three decades traveling in the corporate world, Patrick Neary was ready for a new adventure. “Dining out most nights, I wanted to take those experiences - both good and bad - and offer locally what I believed to be the most welcoming dining experience,” he said. And Neary has successfully done just that with Wildwood, the upscale American restaurant he opened more than 12 years ago in Dodson Place on Geneva’s Third Street. Cuisine at the full-service lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch establishment includes an extensive menu of grilled steaks and fresh seafood complemented by special seasonal offerings.
“And while other fine dining establishments offer a la carte pricing that may be somewhat deceiving – with extravagant extra charge for salads and side dishes – Wildwood has consistently offered guests a choice of salad with all dinner entrees and a choice of side dish with most steaks, chops and poultry entrees,” Neary said. “No surprises or extravagant pricing here.” Guests looking to pair their meal with a glass of wine won’t be disappointed. For eight consecutive years, the restaurant’s wine list has received the Wine Spectator’s Award of Excellence, a feat not achieved by any other restaurant in the Fox Valley. “Whether by the glass or by the bottle, we have approachable California, Washington, Oregon and international wines that pair nicely with our menu offerings and respond to a broad array of guest preferences,” Neary said. Wildwood patrons can eat and drink in Wildwood’s dining room, separate lounge, or one of two outdoor patios. The restaurant has also become a destination venue for both corporate and family events. Neary can attest the industry is not always an easy one. “We attempt to just stay the course and ride out challenges rather than let them define who we are and what we do,” he said. “We’ve been in business over 12 years now, a large part of which I attribute to listening to and reacting to
guest feedback– not only what they like and don’t like, but what changes they would like to see and what brings them back.” And what compelled him to first open Wildwood is what continues to drive Neary today: “The love for food and drink in a comfortable environment with good friends, combined with a little bit of insanity.” For more information, visit ldwoodstea eak.com. ea com. co www.wildwoodsteak.com.

Unique, wearable art found at Falmouth Road Jewelry
When Ellen Oh moved to the Fox Valley from Massachusetts she was sad to leave behind one of her favorite boutiques.
After searching the area for a similar shop and coming up lacking, Oh decided to open up her own. Today, she is owner of Falmouth Road, located at 226 S. Third Street, in Geneva. The boutique offers an array of handmade jewelry from designers across the country as well as a vast collection of accessories. “I really wanted a shop where women could go and find something special and beautiful at a price they might feel comfortable spending on themselves or on a gift for a friend,” Oh said. “I also wanted to be able to offer personalized service and really help people find things they love.” What makes Falmouth Road unique? “I bring together a collection of wearable art that you’re not going to find anywhere else in the area,” she said. “You can find a gorgeous necklace or handbag here and be confident that you’re not going to see two or three other people at the PTO or at church with the same thing. And you can discover a new favorite artist or designer and build a collection of pieces you’ll love for a long, long time.” She chose to put business roots down in the retail mecca because “Third Street is a beautiful place to shop and spend the day.” “As an independent little shop carrying high quality, unique, and beautiful things, there’s really not a more perfect spot for Falmouth Road than here in Geneva,” Oh said. The shop’s name is an homage to the road Oh and her family lived on in Wellesley, Mass. “I was a stay-at-home mom for about 15 years, before which I worked primarily in education administration,” she said. “Now that my kids are a little older and a little more independent, I decided it was time to try something new...I decided to create
ew what would be my new favorite shop.”
Visitors to Falmouth Road ving will find an ever-evolving collection of jewelry, handbags, scarves, hats, and more. “I like to change things up pretty frequently,” Oh said. ses to showcase And she often chooses gners and artists gn items made by designers ive iv e impacts on their who are making positive communities. “One of my designers has a line called als Ruthie & Olive, and she donates three meals e to her local food pantry for every necklace sold,” Oh said. “The necklaces retail for $30, so the bulk of her proceeds on those is going to address the problem of food insecurity. And that’s just one example. It’s really important to me that my y business and my vendors are having a positive impact on our communities.” ne Oh’s business philosophy is the same one ld she applies to everyday living: “Life should be fun.” “We should focus on doing the things that make us, and others, happy,” she said. “I try to offer beautiful things in my shop that make people happy, and every time a customer comes in, I see it as an opportunity to meet someone, chat, and just participate in the community.”

Realtor Susan Colella Loves Making Clients Feel at Home “I spent several days in a row with a relocation client from Texas and his family. They wanted an all-brick home in Naperville and there were very few to show them. We visited over 40 homes in several days until they found one they loved. I skipped all the way to the car, and the whole family couldn’t stop laughing,” says Susan. An energetic full-time Realtor, Susan specializes in residential real estate, selling luxury homes and town homes in the greater Naperville area. A resident of Naperville, she considers the entire community her office, and is an expert on local neighborhoods, schools, price points and even how to find off-market properties. “I live in and enjoy Naperville, so it makes sense that I sell Real Estate here,” she says. A graduate of Florida State University with a background in sales and marketing, Susan was ready for a new career challenge once her children reached school age. After talking with three childhood friends who are now high profile Realtors, Susan knew what her next career move would be. “We laughed and said if they could do it, I could too,” Susan remembers. Within three months, she was selling houses for the local Baird & Warner office. “I was lucky when the work didn’t feel like work, it was so fun and rewarding. It was an especially good fit,
because as a salesperson, as long as I love what I’m selling, it’s enjoyable for me,” she says. Not only is she able to use her sales skills, but also her creativity, to help clients effectively market their homes. “I use the highest end photographers, stagers, social media experts and do all of my own literature,” she says, adding that Baird & Warner’s marketing tools make her professional marketing plans flow seamlessly. “Baird & Warner is the leader in the industry and especially, we are very present in Naperville,” she says. Susan is also never far from her work. “My friends and family say I’m obsessed and I take it as a compliment. In this business, word of mouth is extremely powerful and I treat each client with the care they deserve. I am available seven days a week to make sure I’m ready to show you houses or negotiate,” she says. She considers her strengths to be her self-motivation, attention to detail, networking skills, and the ability to always be learning. “Over the course of my career, I’ve had so many transactions and each one teaches a lesson about how to do the next one better,” she says. Though the pace is hectic, Susan maintains a healthy lifestyle by working out with a personal trainer and making time for family and friends. “Being a Realtor allows me the freedom to work from home, take my kids to school and activities, create original marketing, host open houses, and negotiate contracts with ease. I’m motivated by fun and money- and this business offers both!”

Do You HATE Going To The Dentist? Are you embarrassed to smile? Is it time to schedule an appointment?
www.SedationDentistry.info According to Dr. Kim, “Excellent and complex dental care requires a significant investment of time. Patients who are sedated are not aware of how long they have been in the chair during an appointment, which enables them to remain relaxed and comfortable throughout longer procedures.”
There are countless reasons why people choose not to visit their dentist as often as they should, but the vast majority of them fall under a single category: fear.
Not only can patients benefit from sedation dentistry during an individual dental appointment, but it can also lead to a reduction in fear of the dentist.
To help people overcome their fear of the dentist, the team at Modern Dentistry in Sugar Grove are proponents of “sedation dentistry.”
“Positive dental experiences help to build a trusting relationship between an anxious patient and the entire dental team,” Kim explained. “It is not uncommon for anxious patients to require less expensive sedation or anxiety reducing procedures in the future, as they have gained confidence that dental therapy is not something that needs to be dreaded.”
Dr. Joseph Kim has performed thousands of sedation procedures. Most patients come to him by word of mouth. “We have many patients come from out of state for sedation and extensive dental treatment,” said Patient Care Coordinator Michelle Schultz.
He said that many patients find themselves finally able to return for their every-six-month exam and cleaning and are able to do so without the same level of fear and anxiety they originally had.
Dr. Kim said that the fear of dentists can sometimes cause anxiety so great that they lead to physical symptoms: panic attacks, sweating, nervousness, nausea. “Patients this fearful have a hard time even speaking on the phone with us to make an appointment,” Kim said.
“This promotes not only a healthy mouth, but also boosts the patient’s self-esteem and confidence,” Kim said. “It’s always amazing to see the transformation of patients who were embarrassed of their teeth. The emotional and financial investment that anxious patients make in their oral health is rewarded with a positive self-image in their healthy, new smile.”
This fear is often caused by either general phobia of the dentist, or it can be caused by a traumatic past experience or dental condition causing embarrassment or humiliation. Sadly, avoiding preventive and early treatment often turns smaller problems into serious diseases such as gum disease, painful and infected teeth, and further deterioration of their smiles.
For patients with great anxiety, Dr. Kim’s team often suggests IV sedation. For those who have a general fear of the dentist or just want to have a lot of treatment done at once, oral sedation is also available. Both have an amnesia component to them, so they have very little to no memory of the dental visit.
Sedation dentistry is ideal for patients facing this level of fear of dentists. However, there are things other people face that also can benefit from sedation dentistry. For some, their gag reflex is so severe that a patient requires sedation in order to have a treatment done. Other general reasons for sedation dentistry include people who need a lot of treatment to be done but do not want to return for multiple visits, and people who travel for work or cannot miss a lot of work due to dental treatments. In those cases, aided by sedation dentistry, more treatments could be done in fewer appointments.
“Sedation dentistry has helped many patients overcome their fears and allowed them to have the treatment they need,” Dr. Kim said.

He encourages fearful patients to take advantage of a no-obligation, free sedation consultation. “With our free sedation consultations, fearful patients have one less reason to put off their dental health for another day.”
