PANTRY DONATION The Fulton/Thomson Food Pantry has seen an increase in families in need. During April, an additional 35 families sought help. The Pantry has been blessed to receive additional financial assistance during the coronavirus outbreak from many individuals, groups and businesses. A special word of thanks goes to the farm industry for helping to provide meat. Carroll County Livestock Feeders, Carroll County Pork Producers, Carroll County Farm Bureau, Whiteside County Cattlemen’s Association, Whiteside County Farm Bureau and the Fulton Meat Market have all joined the effort to get beef, pork and chicken to pantry families. Pictured receiving hamburger from VitaPlus are: Harlan Wiebenga, StacyAlexis and Aliya Bueno, Tony and Dale Houzenga and Chastity Welch.
