Dale Green, a volunteer miller for de Immigrant windmill in Fulton, shows one of the books that chronicles the construction of the authentic Dutch windmill during the 25th anniversary celebration June 7. Displayed on the shelf are bags of flour, ground at the windmill, that are available for purchase at the Windmill Cultural Center, located across the street from the windmill. On July 5 and Aug. 2, visitors to the windmill can buy the flour and make their own bread at the Cultural Center. Story on page 5.
