AN ORDINANCE TO LEVY AND ASSESS A AXFOR OREGON PUBLIC LIBRARY DISTRICT OF THE COUNTYOF OGLE, STATE OF ILLINOIS FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JULY 1, 2021 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2022 BE IT ORDAINED, that the Oregon Public Library District of the County of Ogle, State of Illinois shall levy a tax of .02% of the value of all taxable property within property said District, for building and maintenance purposes, subject to the right of the electors in said District to petition and require an election concerning the imposition of such tax, pursuant to 75 ILCS 16/35-5.
