At around 8:26 p.m., deputies responded to the 11000 block of east Illinois Route 72 for a report of a single motorcycle crash. Cassandra Inman, 42, of Davis Junction, was arrested for driving while under the influence of alcohol and cited for failure to reduce speed. Inman was transported to OSF Saint Anthony Medical Center and treated for a moderate injury. She was released on an I-Bond and given a future court date.

Sept. 7

Troy L. Neal, 34, of Rockford, was arrested for driving while license revoked after a traffic stop on Interstate 39 mile marker 109 at around 12:45 a.m. He also was cited for expired registration. Neal was taken into custody without incident and released on a $2,500 I-Bond and given a future court date.

Kelly McCoy, 38, of Rochelle, was arrested for no valid driver’s license and an active Lee County warrant after a traffic stop in the 14000 block of E. Lindenwood Road at around 9:15 p.m. She also was cited for a loud muffler, operating an uninsured vehicle and operating a vehicle with an expired registration sticker. Mccoy was transported to the Ogle County Jail and held in lieu of bond.

Cody Kirsch, 29, of Loves Park, was arrested for driving while license suspended after deputies responded to the 10000 block of north Illinois Route 2 at around 1:20 a.m. in reference to a property damage crash. Kirsch also was cited for improper lane usage. Kirsch was released from the scene on an I-Bond and given a future court date.

Scott Beattie, 49, of Creston, was arrested for driving while under the influence of alcohol and improper lane usage. At around 1:31 p.m., deputies were dispatched to the 3900 block of South Woodland Road in reference to a single-vehicle crash. Beattie was transported to Rochelle Community Hospital for minor injuries and given an I-Bond.

Rosendo Morales, 46, of Rockford, for no valid driver’s license after a traffic stop on Interstate 39 mile marker 102 at around 8:49 p.m. Morales also was cited for operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Morales was released from the scene on an I-Bond and given a future court date.

Manda Katuta, 34, of Rockford, was arrested for driving on a suspended driver’s license after a traffic stop on Interstate 39 mile marker 110 southbound at 10:49 p.m. Katuta also was cited for operating an uninsured motor vehicle and registration light. Katuta was released on a signature I-Bond and given a future court date.

Rodger Houghton, of Rochelle, was arrested for driving while license suspended after a traffic stop at Illinois Routes 64 and 251 at 6:35 a.m. Houghton was released on a $2,500 I-Bond and given a future court date.

Carlos Reyes, of Iowa City, Iowa, was arrested for driving without a valid license after a traffic stop in the 700 block of south Illinois Route 251 at 8:01 a.m. Reyes also was cited for failure to obey a stop sign. Reyes was released on a $2,500 I-Bond and given a future court date.

Joebob White, 18, of Pecatonica, was arrested for driving while license suspended after a traffic stop at Mount Morris and West Grove roads at around 10:45 p.m. White also was cited for speeding 100 mph in a 55-mph zone. White was released from the scene and given a future court date. A juvenile passenger was arrested for illegal consumption of alcohol and illegal transportation of alcohol. The juvenile was released from the scene.

Sept. 10

Ne Aye, of Rockford, was arrested for driving without a valid license after a traffic stop at the intersection of Illinois Routes 251 and 64 at 11:22 a.m. Aye also was cited for equipment violations. Aye was released on a $2,500 I-Bond and given a future court date.

Kadin A. Marks, 20, of Rochelle, was arrested for driving while license suspended and unlawful possession of cannabis/ improper container (driver) after a traffic stop at the intersection of East Flagg and South Chana roads at around 3:30 p.m. He also was given a written warning for speeding. Marks was taken into custody without incident and released from the scene on a $2,500 I-Bond. He was given a future court date.

Sept. 11

Joshua Cruz, 34, of Rochelle, was arrested for driving while under the influence. Deputies responded to a disturbance at the Creston Casey’s, where they found Cruz being disorderly in the parking lot. Cruz was transported to the Ogle County Jail and held in lieu of bond.
