Comments/prediction: “We should be strong in all of the fireld events this year ... We Will be strong again in the hurdles. It is impossible to replace a hurdler like Tony, but we return three very good hurdlers in Chance, Brett and Grant,” coach Allen Naugle said.

“We have a few juniors who have not competed the past two years come out and I think can step right into our shuttle to make it very competitive. Brett and Grant will run the 100 and Grant will run the 400 hurdles very wel. Our sprints and sprint relays will be very strong this year also.

4x100, 4x2000, 4x400 and sprint medley will be very strong.”

Predictions/comments: Boys — “With a year of experience under our belt and some freshmen coming into the program, I would like to think we would finish with a winning season record and in the top four of the POI tournament,” coach Scott Giles said.

Girls — I would like to think we would win all of our regular season matches and win the conference tournament this year.

We have a lot of experienced players that are getting better.

Some of the freshmen coming in will be big help to the team once they get settled into competitive golf.”
