For 20+ years, this “Grill Your Own” Steak House has a been a popular “Choice” for USDA Steaks and Pork Chops or Seafood Filets

Since 1992 USDA Choice Steaks have reigned supreme at the Prime Quarter Steak House. Our guests get to personally select their favorite cuts of steak and then enjoy grilling them over live hickory charcoal.

The menu features steaks that range in size from a 8 ounce Filet Mignon to a 21 ounce T-Bone to USDA Pork Chops or seafood filets.

Unlimited trips to the salad bar, baked potato and Texas Toast are included in the dinner price.

Part of the charm of the Prime Quarter is the camaraderie that takes place as people stand shoulder-to-shoulder grilling their dinners.

You’re invited to the Prime Quarter for a truly unique dining experience.

Complimentary hors d’oeuvres are served in

the cocktail lounge from 4 – 6:30 PM Monday – Friday. The cocktail lounge opens at 4 PM Monday – Friday, and as 3:30 PM on Saturday and Sunday. The Dining Room opens at 5 PM Monday – Friday and 4 PM on Saturday and Sunday. Reservations are recommended.
