Parade will be ‘Bringing it Home for Christmas’
H
oliday cheer filled last year’s Princeton Christmas Parade, as the smiling faces of these participants illustrated, and the same is planned for this year’s parade, sponsored by the Princeton Lions Club. The 2017 parade, with the theme “Bringing it Home for Christmas,” will start at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at the corner of Marquette and North Main streets. Participants, including Santa Claus himself, will proceed down Main Street to Soldiers and Sailors Park. Santa’s Helpers will collect food items for the food pantry along the parade route. Any paper products, personal items, dried or canned goods would be appreciated.
