A fresh bounty at Princeton’s Farmer’s Market What’s not to love about fresh fruit, vegetables, home-baked goods, freshly-cut flowers and more? Area residents are invited every Saturday morning to visit the Princeton Farmer’s Market, located in the grassy Frontier lot, just south of the Prouty Building on South Main Street. The Princeton Farmer’s Market runs from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. or until everything sells out, so make sure you go early to get the best selections. Market-goers can expect to see anywhere from seven to 10 vendors every Saturday, depending on what’s ripe for the picking. As berries and sweet corn become available, more vendors are likely to be there to share their bounty. If you go, you can expect everything from fruits, vegetables, home-baked goods, fresh flowers, homemade soaps and more. The Princeton Farmer’s Market is sponsored by the Princeton Chamber of Commerce, Perry Memorial Hospital, the Bureau County Farm Bureau and Agri-Energy. IVS photo/Dave Cook
