Books, books ... and more books Dana Fine, head of technical services, sorts through some of the items that will be for sale at the annual Friends of Princeton Public Library Book Sale. The event is set from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday March 17; 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday, March 17; and from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, March 19. Saturday is also Bag Day, where event-goers can buy a bag of books for $5, specially-marked books are half price. The sale is held in the Princeton Public Library Friends Sale Room at the library at 698 E. Peru St. in Princeton. This year, the Friends are proud to announce there will be upwards of 10,000 used books, both hardcover and paperback, offered for sale. All books have been cleaned and sorted into more than 30 categories for easy shopping. To date, they currently have best sellers, cookbooks, mysteries, children’s books, history and science book, plus puzzles, DVDs and CDs.
