back. These free family events are a great way to enjoy summer right here in Bolingbrook. The summer concert series is held on Wednesday nights from 7:30-9:00 pm at the Roger C. Claar Performing Arts Center, 375 W. Briarcliff Road. The Bolingbrook Park District concert schedule includes:

• Funky Mojo Daddy on May 31

• The Red Roses on June 7

• Fantasy Band on June 14

• Rhythm Giants on June 21

• Just the 80’s Band on June 28

• Vinyl Goldmine on July 5

The Village of Bolingbrook will continue concerts on Wednesday evenings from July 12 through September 6 to ensure you have full summer of entertainment.

The Neighborhood Movie Series offers a great experience for families and friends to enjoy their favorite movie.

All out door movies start at 8:30 pm. The summer movies include:

• Wakanda Forever on June 8 at Volunteer Park South, 200 Lindsey Lane. Please note this is a PG-13 movie.

• Puss’n Boots on June 22 at Indian Chase Meadows, 535 Pheasant Chase Drive.

• Sonic 2 on July 6 at Wipfler Park, 549 Rockhurst Road.

• Minions on July 20 at UChicago Medicine AdventistHealth Bolingbrook, 500 Remington Boulevard. Pre-registration is required for this one.

• Turning Red at Bulldog Park, 351 Blair Lane.
