Honduras Update
Thank you for helping support the feeding program in Honduras last April. We are providing lunches for several hundred children in sixteen schools. The government is now helping supply some food so that we are able to feed 5 days a week instead of the three days a week that we did for several years. There is one school that has 400 children that are supported by single moms only, with the exception of 3 fathers, who are raising their children. Most of these mothers are not skilled and work at jobs that pay very little. This is the 28th year I’ve worked with these people and poverty is a very serious problem. A fellow Honduranian Gideon and myself continue to give out Spanish New Testaments in small high schools up in the mountains. In April, we provided 650 N.T. I have an old 1979 Datsun pickup that we use for this Ministry. Please consider helping provide money for the feeding program. My next trip will be the last week of October.
