Kiana Swift of Polo was one of the many friends and family who held a candlelight memorial for James Swift and Kent Dearborn, Jr. on Nov. 20 by the Oregon dam. The two men were fishing when their boat capsized on Nov. 20, 2019. Swift’s body was recovered, but Dearborn’s has yet to be found. Story on page 10.
