Penny Lee, of Oregon, lights a candle for Pat Connor during a candlelight memorial for James Swift and Kent Dearborn, Jr. on Nov. 20. The two men were fishing when their boat capsized on Nov. 20, 2019. Swift’s body was found near the Dixon dam on Jan. 3, but Dearborn’s has yet to be found. Connor, Dearborn’s uncle, spoke at Swift’s and Dearborn’s vigil last year, but recently passed away. Story on page 10.
