Fabyan Parkway road work begins today GENEVA – Roadway construction on Fabyan Parkway from Illinois Route 25 to Nagel Boulevard will begin today and is expected to be completed by the end of April 2014, weather permitting. The parkway will be temporarily reduced to one lane in each direction during the daytime working hours to protect motorists and allow crews access to the construction area.
