To get the member rate for 2022, an exhibitor must have been a member by October 1, 2021 and be a member in good standing before the contract goes out. Outdoor demonstration space is available to all exhibiting companies. Rate for outdoor space: Up to five times your indoor space – $1.00/Sq. Ft. Any additional space in excess of the allotted five times your indoor space – $9.00/Sq. Ft.
