Each week features three structured workouts that gradually increase in duration and intensity. Every session begins with dynamic stretching to warm up and improve flexibility, followed by focused strength exercises that target key muscle groups, setting the foundation for safe and efficient running. JEWISH HOLIDAYS DID YOU KNOW?

Yom

Hazikaron

Evening of April 29 - April 30, 2025

The fourth of Iyar, the day preceding Israel’s Independence Day, was declared to be Israel’s National Memorial Day honoring veterans, fallen military personnel, and victims of terror. Joining these two days together conveys a simple message: Israelis owe the independence and the very existence of the Jewish state to the soldiers who sacrificed their lives for it.

Yom Ha’atzmaut

Evening of April 30 - May 1, 2025

Israel Independence Day is celebrated festively by Jews around the world, commemorating the Israeli Declaration of Independence in 1948. Israel’s Independence Day is celebrated on the fifth day of the month of Iyar, which is the Hebrew date of the formal establishment of the State of Israel, when members of the “provisional government” read and signed a Declaration of Independence in Tel Aviv.

Shavuot

Evening of June 1 - June 3, 2025

Shavout, the “Feast of Weeks,” is celebrated seven weeks after Passover (Pesach). This holiday marks the end of the Counting of the Omer. It recalls Moses’ receiving of the Torah. The Megillah of Ruth is read, and all-night Torah study is customary. Dairy food, honey, and floral decorations are traditional.
