Transcending its role as a mere marketplace, this Fish Market and Cultural Hub evolves into a dynamic cultural and economic center that reflects the unique identity and spirit of the coastal locale. Through innovative design and vibrant programming aims to re-imagine the quintessential fish market experience while creating dynamic spaces for social interaction and economic vitality. Inspired by the local architectural heritage and the maritime influences, the design features a vibrant fish market, a seaside restaurant, charming food stalls, public toilets and a public plaza, thereby creating a multifaceted destination. Embracing flexible hours and segregating builings, these spaces generate additional revenue streams while fostering community engagement and culinary exploration in a vibrant seaside setting.

The proposed museum commemorates the first slave ship that docked upon the shores of the Americas in the year 1619, carrying around 20 West Africans. The proposed museum represents a profound dedication to acknowledging the rich cultural heritage, artistic contributions, and resilience of the African community throughout history. Through careful consideration of architectural design, the intention was to create a physical environment that complements the museum’s mission. The building itself will serve as a work of art, emerging functionality with symbolic significance. It will provide a dynamic yet harmonious space that represents the historical context, enabling visitors to engage with the artwork in a meaningful and contemplative manner.

A competition project for the municipality building of Satara with a wide range of program with intention to offer a public precinct for the city, an unbuilt space designed to be a seamless extension of the urban fabric. We see this as a space endowed with the potential to invite every citizen without intimidating him, a democratic space "for the people", "by the people" and "of the people". This urban precinct is defined by a simple arrangement program around it bringing together and interconnecting the diverse range of functions. The design integrates this space with the city through a pedestrian network which helps it to connect with the two streets along the northern and southern edges of the site , eventually the environs beyond Additionally, the incorporation of public art and cultural amenities celebrates the rich heritage and creativity of Satara, transforming the municipality building into a vibrant cultural hub for all to enjoy.

Perched at the very heart of the city, overlooking the city's lungs, and embraced by a culturally significant plaza, the design seamlessly blends into the urban landscape. It boasts a warm and inviting façade that establishes a harmonious connection between the structure and the lush garden buffered by Minsq Square at the forefront. Elevated gracefully, it presents a shaded open amphitheater, inviting the city to partake in its serene ambiance.

The new Maharashtra National Law University’s new building is a completely green building with state of the art facilities for the students and staff. With a budget of 70M $, it is a ‘museum of law’, which will be one of its kind in the country along with health and wellness center to help the nearby villagers. This removes the common perception that lawyers usually belong to the elite class. The design follows Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) nor ms. It has solar panels to produce energy, and food would be cooked in it. All its classrooms will be embedded with information and communication technology (ICT). The team worked on the huge library complex with digital facilities spread , auditorium, meeting lounges and an amphitheater that connects itself with the surrounding infrastructure spread over an area of 90,000sqft, the master plan also features hostels, sporting and recreational facilities.
