DESCRIPTION
• Noor us Sabah Residency is a luxurious residential project nestled on a hill top in Bhopal, India. Spread over a sprawling site area of 7 hectares, out of which 5.25 hectares is dedicated to the construction of ultra-luxurious flats. This project is an architectural marvel and is designed to provide residents with a peaceful and serene living experience amidst the natural beauty of the surroundings.
• The project offers 3BHK and 4BHK ultra-luxurious flats that are meticulously crafted to cater to the needs of modern-day living. These flats are spacious, well-ventilated, and come with a range of modern amenities, including air-conditioning, modular kitchens, premium fittings, and fixtures, and smart home automation.
Responsibilities
• Based on the client’s preferences and requirements, develop a design concept that aligns with the desired style, atmosphere, and purpose of the space. This includes selecting color schemes, materials, textures, and finishes that contribute to the overall aesthetic.
• Coordinating with client, consultant and contractors
• Meeting with different departments to understand the needs for the project and compiling meeting notes and filtering them into the design.
• Preparing 2d & 3D visualization and drawings using various design softwares.
• Developing the project with regard to the sustainability norms and creating a net zero campus
• Site visits along with site survey.
• Interior design of the 3BHK and 4BHK module was prepared.

ROLE : Architect Designer
Description
• The Project Doon Square is situated in the heart of a beautiful valley in India known as Dehradun. Doon Square is a state-ofthe-art mixed-used commercial complex with a shared development area. The building is housed with commercial shops on the ground and lower ground floors, a movie theatre, and rooms for service apartments as well as hotel rooms on floors above.
• The building lies in the category of new construction and the work includes carefully designing schematic plans as the site is on a slope. The major challenge was to develop a NET-ZERO building with zero emissions and sustainable design criteria incorporated in the design.
• Through coordination with various consultants, drawings were thoroughly prepared to avoid problems during construction on the site.
Responsibilities
• Schematic design and concept art designing.
• Selecting and sourcing furniture, fixtures, lighting, and accessories that complement the design concept. Considering factors such as comfort, durability, and visual appeal while keeping the client’s budget in mind.
• Coordinating with clients, consultants and contractors
• The work includes careful documentation of the site, making sure the building should be designed with bare minimum excavation as the site was on slope.
• Designing the elevation of the project based on a theme of TETRIS game with blocks and patterns
• Site visits along with site survey

ROLE : Project Manager (On- Site)
DESCRIPTION
• RURA stands for Rwanda Utilities Regulatory Authority which regulates certain public sectors.
• RURA regulates telecommunications services, electricity, water, removal of waste products from residential or business premises, extraction and distribution of gas and transport of goods and persons in the country of Rwanda in Africa.
• VSPL was awarded the project after winning an international competition.
• RURA wants to setup a new Headquarter in the capital city of Kigali and all the major departments were to be housed inside the building.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Stationed On-site as a Project Manager in Kigali, Rwanda for more then a year.
• Site monitoring and coordination between client and consultants.
• Approvals of tenders from VSPL side and vendor finalization.
• Developing the project with regard to the sustainability norms and coordinating with green building consultants from Singapore and america.
• Developing business oppertunity for the company and finding new projects in African region.
• Won project of National Defence University, Kigali, Rwanda for the company which was to be consttructed in collaboration with Rwandan army and US army.
SKYLARK HOTEL| COMMERCIAL PROJECT | HOUNSLOW WEST, LONDON (U.K)

INTERIOR DESIGN . DESIGN DEVELOPMENT . LANDSCAPING . RETROFITTING

ROLE : Interior designer
DESCRIPTION
• Skylark Hotel is a Family run guest house situated in heart of Hounslow west which was started in 1995.




• The building was set up in an 50 year old building which needs retrofitting and modifications in the interior spaces.
• Client brief was very clear as the building is in a run down state and need retrofitting as well as required interior design upgradation to suit the requirements of the modern times.
• New operational kitchen with upgraded equipments.
• Landscape with an additional feature of a fountain in the central courtyard.
• Upgradation of rooms and common spaces.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Understanding and eveloping interior design ideas.
• Schematic drawings with various options and schemes

• Coordinating with client, consultant and contractors
• Preparing permit and construction drawings along with 3D visualization.
• Preparing fire safety drawings for council.
• Upgrading landscape area and outdoor sitting spaces.

• Upgrading Kitchen with new and upgraded equipments.
• Flooring and outdoor paving work undertaken.

ROLE : Interior Designer
DESCRIPTION
• A Commercial project in the heart of the most buzzling area of south london.
• The shop area of 225 sqm comprises of 2 zones divided by a staircase in the middle which is also the entrance of the outlet








• As per the clients brief, Zone 1 will consist of display for clothing items, change rooms and cash desk and Zone 2 will be designed for display of accessories such as shoes, caps, watches and other wearables. Zone 2 will also have office space, storage space and toilets.
• The area was retrofitted and designed with a bright and vibrant theme to be flashy and attracting customers eye.

Responsibilities
• Taking clients brief and requirement.
• Retrofitting of the old structure and preparing the space for a new age design.
• Preparing design and construction drawings along with 3D visualization.

• Developing the project with respect to local authority norms of Fire fighting.
• Performing construction administration duties including regular site visit and field reviews; reviewing submittals and answering RFI along with preparing change order.
• Site visits along with site survey from time to time.
