SOUTHEAST MISSOURIAN After going to the prover≠ bial well four times to try to pass a use tax in Jackson, the mayor of the Cape Gi≠ rardeau County seat com≠ munity said Wednesday he is not in any hurry to try again ó since voters Tues≠ day have again turned down a levy on out≠ of≠ state online sales. Previous attempts to pass such a tax ó in 2014, 2016 and 2019 ó also failed.
