Unlike many discount agents who skim the surface of the market with online listings, Ketko’s team enlists an extensive private inventory of properties to suit their buyers’ specific needs. Homeowners regularly connect with Ketko every few years to get a full market analysis of their homes and to discuss potential upgrades and remodeling ideas. She is able to help them make remodeling decisions with an eye towards resale. About 20 percent of the properties we sell don’t ever make it to the MLS.” The best interests of sellers who list with Ketko are fiercely guarded. Ketko uses an intense analysis to protect her sellers, many times sifting through multiple offers to generate a truly winning contract for the seller. “If you’re the seller, we’re going to make sure buyers are locked into their contract.
