2021 Year in R eview
Providing Personalized Care to the Orange County Community
Message from the CEO
On behalf of Share Our Selves we are proud to showcase our work and outcomes in clinical care and social services throughout the 2021 Year in Review. Collectively, in 2021 the community continued to navigate the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic while our staff remained on the front lines vaccinating our community, operating our food pantry distribution outdoors, conducting virtual social services visits and innovating the delivery of client care. Share Our Selves leadership remained focused on providing the safest environment for our clients and staff while planning strategic initiatives which ensure our preparedness to meet future community needs and issues of inequity. In this 2021 annual report, you will read about the progress we have made toward closing the inequity gap and the comprehensive approach to making it happen. Moving into the future, we will be seeking opportunities to expand services starting with the Share Our Selves Community Health Center located in Mission Viejo. Our planned expansion will increase medical exam rooms from four to nine. Dental, behavioral health, and case management services will be added as available services in this newly expanded location in 2022! Together, we will continue to act as advocates for our community.

Your Generosity, Our Collective Impact
Your commitment is helping Share Our Selves close the care gap. During Fiscal Year 2020-2021 Share Our Selves received $2,398,146 in philanthropic support from donors in the Orange County community. Through the generosity of our donors, we were able to provide a broad range of care and assistance to the individuals and families in need in our local community. The services we provided included food, emergency financial relief, homeless services, case management support, and rental assistance. Because of the support we receive from our donors, we are able to continue to provide comprehensive and personalized care for our most vulnerable neighbors.
