The waste heat that passes through the double-glazed façade helps power the data center and is used to operate the agricultural facilities in the tower.

This technology helps to maintain green spaces on unit rooftops and irrigate green spaces located in parks.

This project is a data storage center using waste heat, which is proposed as a countermeasure against the current and future crises in the cit y. It presents an alternative to utilize the waste heat generated by many commercial buildings along with programs needed in Midtown Manhattan. In addition, it can be confirmed that a sustainable building plan using TIMBER can be proposed and it can play the role of a park, an existing site.

As technology advances, The amount of data accumulated worldwide is increasing. The amount of data accumulated within the cit y at an unprecedented level has led to the use of more electricit y and the production of a lot of heat. This figure has prompted companies in the world's metropolitan areas to more efficiently utilize data and the heat generated.
