TIAA VOLUNTEER FAIR
Since 1918 TIAA, has championed a singular belief: A secure retirement should be available to everyone. Today, we’re fighting harder than ever to ensure all people can live a better life beyond work.
Our success is driven by a strong, inclusive culture, and we are dedicated to creating an environment at TIAA where every employee can thrive. Giving back is at the heart of who we are. We demonstrate this through strategic partnerships that support First Generation College Students and through active employee volunteerism within our communities
TIAA Mission:
To ensure a more secure financial future for all, we will work alongside higher ed institutions to make certain first-generation students see a college degree as a catalyst towards financial wellbeing and help more of them graduate.
TIAA Strategy to Support First-Gen College
Students:
PILLAR 1: Access to College
Increase access to higher education and encourage more students to pursue a college degree.
PILLAR 2: Graduate from College
Help students stay in school by addressing the barriers of the ‘hidden curriculum, food insecurity and financial emergencies.
